This round offers 3 x online sessions of guided ecosomatic practice to support grounding, connection to place, and body with country practices.
Practices are shared with you in an online community container with other nature-loving souls needing inspiration and motivation to get outdoors and be with your local environment, through the body/nature connection.
It is recommended (but not essential) you join the sessions outdoors.

Guided embodiment practices are accessible for everyone and can be adapted to suit your body and your landscape.
