INFUSE Eco Somatics July 13 Wilsons Creek Nth NSW
Ecosomatics is the body/earth connection. It is where our breath meets the leaves, our tissue meets the mycelium and our organs meet the atmosphere.
We are a body on earth, with earth, and of earth.
Connecting to the natural world through somatic practice cultivates a whole-system awareness that shifts from human-centredness to environmental relationship.
Embodiment in relationship with environment can be supportive in many ways;
deepening our connection with Country
remembering humans are part of a larger eco system
building resilience and resource for managing environmental crisis
restoring well-being and equilibrium
deepening our relationship with our own body
discovering new ways to move with efficiency, reduced pain and more ease
experiencing play
You are invited to join Noa and Rivka for a day-long guided exploration infusing our bodies with nature.
