'Repatterning Mother' Eco Somatic Bush Immersion

Eco Somatics explores embodiment in relationship with nature. Who we are and How we are in symbiotic and physiological conversation with the natural world.

In The April Bush Immersion, ‘Repatterning Mother’, we will be delving into Earth as womb space, the environment where we are nourished, sheltered and contained in our ongoing process of development. Through somatic practice, we will explore our original story, our conception and implantation through bonding with Mother as Nature. We each have a mother story. This weekend will allow space and time to reflect on our beginnings from before we were even born, cultivating a cellular sense of deep belonging.

Program will include:

  • Eco Somatic practice

  • Solo Nature connection

  • Caring for Country session with Isobel Morphy-Walsh

  • Quiet time for contemplation, journaling, rest, deep listening
